IN DEVELOPMENT

Run the fire engines and ambulances of a real city.

You take the calls, talk to whoever is on the line, decide which vehicles and staff go out, and grow your organization to respond better next time. The map is taken from the real world, street by street.

How it plays

  1. Take the call

Every emergency starts with someone who needs help or is reporting something happening. That first call comes straight to you, and from there you decide how to go on.

  2. Ask the caller

What you are told on the line is rarely complete. You can keep asking until you understand what is going on before you move anything, but every question costs you time, and the other calls carry on while you talk.

  3. Send the vehicles

You decide which vehicles and which staff go out. While those vehicles are away they cover nothing else, so every dispatch leaves part of the city exposed.

  4. Resolve it and live with the outcome

How it ends depends on the type of call, on what you sent, on how long you took and on what is found on arrival. The result may look nothing like what the call led you to expect.

  5. Grow your service

You buy and develop stations, vehicles, staff, training and research. Every upgrade widens what you can handle the next time the phone rings.
