Refund policy
Last updated: August 29, 2026.
Your right of withdrawal (European Union and United Kingdom)
If you buy from the European Union or the EEA, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase of digital content within14 days, without giving any reason — with one exception: if the game activates or downloads immediately and you expressly ticked the waiver box on the purchase page itself, before payment opened. If you buy from the United Kingdom, its own law (the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013) recognizes an equivalent right, with the same exception.
If you buy from anywhere else
Outside the EU, the EEA and the UK, there generally isn't a law requiring a cooling-off period for digital content. Even so, we offer you exactly the same 14 days as our own commitment, not as a legal requirement where you live — where you buy from shouldn't change what you can expect from us.
How to request a refund
Write to support@answerthecallgame.com with the email you bought with, or manage your purchase directly from the link Paddle emails you after payment — Paddle, as the seller of record for the transaction, is who processes the chargeback.
When we may deny a refund
We may reject a request if the withdrawal period has passed and there's no game fault that justifies it, or if we detect abuse of this policy (for example, requesting a refund after playing many hours of content).
